Among the other innovations, an exclusive plus offered by T&T distributors is the refrigeration of the product remained inside the nozzle. Thanks to its engineering, in fact, the distributor makes the nozzle exit the refrigerated zone only for the time necessary to the supply; immediately after that, closes it obscurely and enters the internal refrigerated area again. Moreover, the special anti-drop and antifoam nozzle allows a perfect filling of the bottle without dirt or making the product go out.
The advantages this solution offers are many.
Especially in the summertime, when the temperature increases, the number of bacteria in the product (either in the nozzle and inside the bottle) is very high: that's why an alcoholic-based solution is sprayed after every single distribution.
Talking about securities, in T&T MODELS V100, V200 and V500, you will find the securities to guarantee the maintenance of the product and to the utmost hygienic distribution.
The product temperature always 4°C, monitored trough a digital thermometer connected to the control unit.
In case the temperature exceeds 4 °C for a set period, then the machine automatically goes out of order and can contact the owner via modem – function on request –, because the integrity of the product is not granted.
As per the hygiene, as above anticipated, the malicious user that tries to cause damage, dirty or insert substances into the nozzle will be soon discouraged by the fact that reaching the nozzle is impossible, in any moment. Thanks to the security-oriented design, in fact, the nozzle stays always inside the refrigerated zone, goes out only for the time necessary for the dosage: this operation takes place only when the presence of the bottle is recognized and when the security door is closed. The dosage stops including the nozzle in the refrigerator once the required dosage is effected, or stops in case one of the above conditions is modified during the operation.
